These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of purchasedeductions.com, including any related websites, applications, software, tools, reports, and services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Sandeep Arneja LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

The Service is an AI-powered software platform that helps users explore hypothetical and illustrative scenarios in which certain purchases may or may not be tax deductible.
The Service:
- Does not know your actual purchase history
- Does not know your true intent at the time of purchase
- Relies entirely on user-provided information, which may be incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading
- Generates hypothetical, generalized, and non-authoritative outputs

All outputs are illustrative only and are not determinative of tax treatment.

The Company is not a professional services provider.
The Company does not provide:

11. Audits, Penalties, and Enforcement Actions
The Company is not responsible for and shall have no liability for any audit, inquiry, examination, investigation, penalty, interest, fine, or enforcement action by any tax authority arising from your use of the Service or reliance on its outputs.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
In no event shall the Company be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to:
- Tax penalties, interest, fines, or assessments
- IRS or state audits or enforcement actions
- Denied or disallowed deductions
- Lost profits, lost revenue, or business interruption
- Indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages
This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability, whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, statute, or otherwise, and even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The Company's total cumulative liability shall not exceed the lesser of:
- The amount paid by you to the Company in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or
- One hundred U.S. dollars ($100)
You acknowledge that these limitations reflect a reasonable allocation of risk and form an essential basis of the bargain between you and the Company.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such cases, liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sandeep Arneja LLC and its members, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:
- Your use or misuse of the Service
- Your reliance on any output
- Any tax filings or representations you make
- Your violation of these Terms
- Any third-party claims arising from your actions
The Company's obligations under this section shall not exceed the limitations set forth in Section 12.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
15. Suspension and Termination
The Company may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason or no reason, including misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
16. Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration, not in court.
You waive any right to:
- A jury trial
- Participate in a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.
19. Survival
Sections relating to disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, arbitration, governing law, no reliance, and acknowledgment of risk shall survive termination of these Terms.
